ActiveView Content Management stores and delivers customer information, reports (such as general ledger, loan, deposit, trust), customer statements, items (such as check images), signature cards, and many more documents for viewing in PDF format using free Adobe® Acrobat Reader.
At the core of ActiveView Content Management is an expert system that contains the facts and rules needed to intelligently process input of most types and solve business problems. It classifies files and documents into categories based on similarities of their content or their origin.
It provides users the ability to personalize their view into the database by creating specialized searches and shortcuts to the information they need. User access is granted only to the documents that the user is authorized to use.

ActiveView Content Management authenticates directly with Microsoft® Active Directory so your groups and users are the same. ActiveView Content Management can restrict individual or group access to particular documents within the database.

Just like MS Outlook or Explorer, ActiveView Content Management uses folders. Your private folder list is on the server but is accessible by you only. Public folders are where you and other ActiveView Content Management users with the proper authority can view database items related to a specific search or document type.

Items
ActiveView Items is a module for ActiveView Server. It retrieves MICR transaction data, as well as images of checks and other items instantly. It can re-create teller transactions from a single item. It reduces to moments what could be a full-time job.
Reports
Reports is an ActiveView Server Plug-in. It can capture reports from dozens of sources. It links line items inside those reports to customer or member statements, images in the database.
Statements
ActiveView® Statements is an ActiveView Server Plug-in. The ActiveView Statements plug-in gives you access to customer or member statements for individual printing or viewing. If you are storing check images inside (or outside) your system, ActiveView Statements will also attach the appropriate check images to the statement you are working with.
